I was an Instacart shopper who worked hard every day to achieve my goals. Unfortunately, as drivers and shoppers, we cannot access Instacart. Second, when they receive complaints from customers on our behalf, they do not conduct proper investigations. They deactivated the account and never paid me for the completed work. Even after I provided proof of my work and delivery, they have yet to reactivate my account. It was a waste of time and gas. I left it alone and never heard back from them with the remainder of my earnings.
